File an “Intent to Graduate” form by Monday, November 12, 2012.

Visit the Barnes and Noble Bookstore to purchase a cap and gown.
NOTE: You can visit the campus bookstore to purchase your cap and gown. The bookstore will be open during normal business hours during the week of December 10-14th.Contact the bookstore for their hours December 17^th 18^th and 19^th .

Attend preceremony instructions and line up at 2:00 PM for the 3:00PM ceremony OR 6:00PM for the 7:00 PM ceremony on Thursday, December 20, 2012. (Snow date, Friday December 21 at the same times). Only graduating students allowed at the preceremony instructions and line up.) The preceremony instructions and line up are in the Roosevelt Hall Little Theater. Check the first page of the commencement web site so that you know which ceremony you are supposed to attend.

Pick up ceremony tickets in Gleeson, 347 (telephone number: 631-420-2171) Tuesday and Wednesday, December 4 & 5 10:30-12:30 and 4:00-6:00 PM, or Tuesday and Wednesday, December 11 & 12 10:30-12:30 and 4:00- 6:00 PM You must pick up your tickets in person and the maximum number of tickets per student is five (5). You must bring your student ID with you.

Check name when picking up tickets for correct spelling

Pick up previously ordered caps and gowns, which will be distributed only at the bookstore.

Arrive promptly at 2 PM for the 3 PM ceremony or 6 PM for the 7PM ceremony on Thursday, December 20 (snow date Friday December 21 at the same times). Only graduating students allowed at the preceremony instructions and line up in the Little Theater of Roosevelt Hall. (Students must wear caps and gowns to participate in the ceremony.)
