The Children's Center at Farmingdale State is accessible by bus, car or train.
Via Automobile
Long Island Expressway - to exit 49 South - Route 110. Travel south on Route 110 approximately 2 miles to Smith Street. Turn right into campus and follow the road going over three road humps. After the third hump make a left, a left and the first right. The Children's Center will be on your right.
Northern State Parkway - to exit 40 South - Route 110. Travel south on Route 110 approximately 3 miles to Smith Street. Turn left into the campus and follow the road going over three road humps. After the third hump make a left, a left and the first right. The Children's Center will be on your right.
Southern State Parkway - to Exit 32 North - Route 110. Travel North on Route 110 approximately 3 miles to Smith Street. Turn left into the campus and follow the road going over three road humps. After the third hump make a left, a left and the first right. The Children's Center will be on your right.
Via Train
Long Island Railroad - From Pennsylvania Station. Take the Ronkonkoma line to Farmingdale. Taxi from the Farmingdale Railroad Station to the campus (1 1/2 miles).
Via Bus
Long Island residents can travel to the campus by bus. For service from western Long Island call: Metropolitan Suburban Bus Authority (516) 766-6722. For North/South service call: Suffolk County Transit (516) 360-5700.
