Instructions to Candidates

The moment you have been waiting for is finally here —your graduation and the Commencement Exercises of 2013. We want this day to be perfect for you and for your family. The following is a list of "MUSTS" for all potential diploma candidates.

  1. You must file your " Intent to Graduate " (pdf,48k) form with the Registrar's Office before the close of business on Thursday, March 21, 2013. Failure to meet the deadline will result in your name being omitted from the Commencement Program, and prevent you from receiving your actual diploma.

  2. You must attend any part of  the  Graduating Student Fair on Tuesday, April 23 from 10am-4pm. The Fair will take place in the New Campus Center. You will be able to:
    • Check the spelling of your name for the Commencement Program)
    • ORDER YOUR CAPS AND GOWNS, HOODS, Tassels, College Ring, Diploma Case, etc.
    • Check the Potential Latin Honors list to see whether you have qualified.
