Check the spelling of your name for the commencement program after you have filed your Intent to Graduate form.  (Deadline: Thursday, March 21, 2013.) You can check the spelling of your name by revisiting the registrar a few days after filing the intent to graduate form.

Visit the Barnes and Noble Bookstore to order a cap and gown.
NOTE:  The bookstore will be open during normal business hours during the week of May 12th-17th. If you are unable to make it into the bookstore, please call them. (Students must wear caps and gowns to participate in the graduation ceremony.)

Make all efforts to attend any part of theGraduating student fair. on Tuesday,  April 23 from 10 am-4pm in the new Campus Center

Tickets will be available at the Graduating student fair. Students are entitled to six tickets for their guests. Depending upon the number of students who pick up tickets and are attending graduation, there may be VERY LIMITED extra tickets, if any.  All tickets are free.

Be aware that the graduation will be taking place outside, on the soccer field behind Nold Hall.  The ground may be uneven, so please plan accordingly in terms of clothing and shoes.

Pick up previously ordered caps and gowns, which will be distributed only at the bookstore.

Remember to arrive no later than 8:00 AM on Commencement Day, May 19, Due to the construction of Nold Hall, graduation will be outside on the soccer field.  However, the instructions and line up will occur inside Nold Hall.  Follow signs for the entrance.
