Our office has been busy planning for upcoming events. We continue to work towards enhanced alumni programming and services and have some new alumni benefits to tell you about.
Alumni Awards Dinner, March 28, 2014 at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, NY.
This annual event honors our alumni and their successes as well as selected Farmingdale State College disciplines. Also honored are individuals and businesses which have been instrumental in furthering the goals and objectives of the College. As a yearly fundraising event, proceeds support alumni scholarships and programming as well as college and departmental projects.
This year the Alumni Association will celebrate notable alumni from the School of Engineering Technology and the Department of Ornamental Horticulture. Also honored will be businesses who have supported Farmingdale College's efforts toward solar energy and sustainability. Farmingdale's efforts toward green technology have continued to place the College at the forefront of energy innovation and we will present awards in recognition of these accomplishments. The Alumni Association will continue to support this initiative by utilizing a percentage of the proceeds to further the goals of the College in its continuing efforts in green technology. Following are this year's award recipients. For additional information on these honorees, please click the
