  • You can get an application On-line (pdf).
  • You can Apply to Farmingdale State on-line.

WHEN TO APPLY

You should apply as soon as possible. Admissions decisions are made on  a rolling basis, which means that the sooner you submit a complete application, including all transcripts and exam scores,  the sooner you will  receive a decision. The earlier that you are accepted, the earlier that you can register and get your choice of classes, the earlier that you can apply for financial aid to get all that you may qualify for, and the earlier that you can apply to get housing if you need it.

HOW TO APPLY

You should complete the application and send it in the envelope provided with your high school transcript and application fee. Applicants to the college should be high school graduates or possess the General Equivalency Diploma. Admissions decisions are made on the  basis of high school courses taken and grades achieved, class rank, recommendations, standardized test scores, and other relevant information. If you have previously attended another college, your record there will be considered as well. Admission decisions are made without regard to race, age, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, disability, handicap, or veteran status.
