Freshman Applicant Entrance Requirements:

Did you know The State University of New York (SUNY) Application is accepted by most of the SUNY Campuses?  The application allows you to apply to multiple campuses with only one application. 

*Application processing can take between 7 and 10 days.  Please factor this in to your application processing time.

Admissions Criteria:

  • High School GPA of B/B+
  • SAT score of 1000 combined between the Critical Reading/Math sections
  • ACT composite score of 21

Required:

  • High School academic record using one of the following options:
    • Ask your high school guidance office to submit your record electronically or via mail
    • Self-report your academic record using your SUNY Online Academic Record (SOAR)
  • SAT or ACT scores should be reported directly from the testing agency.
    • SAT code: 2526; ACT code: 2918

  • SUNY Supplemental Application
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation/Resume

Priority Deadlines:

Applicants are encouraged to apply as early as possible in order to receive the fullest possible consideration. Applications received after these deadlines will be considered on a space available basis.
