Mission Statement

Human Resources is committed to supporting the College’s mission of providing consultation and innovative solutions in the areas of Personnel, Payroll, and Benefits and assists the college in hiring, retaining, developing and rewarding a highly qualified work force. To accomplish this we will:

• Provide leadership and guidance in the development, implementation, and administration of policies and procedures
• Comply with Federal and State laws, regulatory agencies and collective bargaining agreements
• Assist departments and individual employees in meeting their respective functional responsibilities
• Contribute and support the college’s diversity initiatives
