School of Health Sciences

The School of Health Sciences offers bachelor degree programs in Dental Hygiene, Medical Technology and Nursing, as well as associate degree programs in Dental Hygiene, Medical Laboratory Technology, and Nursing.  In addition, the School offers certificate programs in Practical Nursing and Health Studies. The mission of the School is to prepare students in each of these areas with a strong liberal arts and sciences foundation, as well as a technology enhanced program, balancing theoretical knowledge and clinical practice.  Entrance into the programs is highly competitive. The faculty and staff are dedicated to providing students with the support they need to succeed both academically and personally.  Many relationships with local health facilities offer graduates career opportunities in the fields of Health Sciences.
