Below is a list of the upcoming workshops for Blackboard Learn. You must register in order to take a workshop; time is needed to set up accounts for attendees. 
IMPORTANT NOTE: These workshops are not training to teach online courses; that training is requested through a process that needs approval from your chairperson and dean.

This workshop is an introduction to the Blackboard Learn Learning Management System (LMS) and the policies and procedures for its use. Basic content creation and functionality are discussed.

Blackboard Learn Assessment Tools -  REGISTER

In this workshop, participants will gain experience in creating Tests, Assignments, Turnitin Direct Assignments, Discussions, Groups, Blogs, Journals, Wikis, Groups, Portfolios, Rubrics, and Grade Center.

Blackboard Grade Center REGISTER 

Participants will learn to set up and customize the Grade Center, create categories, add grades, calculate extra credits, edit columns, create filters and smart views

Panopto Video and VoiceThread REGISTER

In this workshop, participants will learn how to create and edit high quality videos and screen captures.  Participants will learn how to upload, share and discuss documents, presentations, images, audio files and videos using VoiceThread.
