International Energy and Sustainability Conference 2015

Our Renewable Energy and Sustainability Center at Farmingdale State College is pleased to invite you to our Fourth International Energy and Sustainability Conference on Friday, November 13th at 8:00AM in Roosevelt Hall.  We are honored to extend this invitation to students, faculty, businesses, and homeowners to explore how we can integrate sustainable alternative energy sources and shape the future of our planet.

The Conference theme will focus on a sustainable future with an emphasis on Energy, Water, and Food Nexus.  We welcome scholars and University representatives visiting with us to share in the latest research and achievements in renewability and sustainability.  The conference proceedings will be published in the IEEE Xplore.

This conference will act as a bridge between original manufacturers and service providers with regard to all relevant technologies. Exhibitors will have an opportunity to display their products and services in an open forum and attendees are encouraged to view a wide range of exhibits.  A network of professionals will be in attendance and the potential for job opportunities in the field will be prominent.

Academic scholars will be in attendance from the US, Europe and Asia to share their latest research and achievements in renewable energy and sustainability.  Domestic and International University representatives will be exposed to the latest technologies to expand current curriculums with sustainable products. 

We hope you can join us on November 13th and participate in Farmingdale State College’s ongoing commitment to Renewable Energy and Sustainability.

Student Poster Presentation Competition

Join the Renewable Energy and Sustainability Center at Farmingdale State College for its Fourth Annual International Energy and Sustainability Conference (IESC). Undergraduate, Graduate, and High School students are invited to participate in the poster presentation competition on November 12th.

Display board: Tri-fold Setup time: November 12th at 3:30pm Judging: 4:30pm Dinner: 6:30pm

 Show the world your achievement - Call for Papers

Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for presentation at the conference. Accepted and registered papers will be published in the IEEE Xplore® peer reviewed publication. Please submit your abstracts to rescgreen@farmingdale.edu and include in the subject line "IESC 2015 abstract paper."

IESC 2015 Partnership - Become a Partner

The Farmingdale State College International Energy and Sustainability Conference 2015 will bring together international and local leaders in energy sustainability. Your company or organization's partnership will be prominently displayed showing your commitment and support. It will allow you to secure the greatest amount of visibility as an advocate of energy and sustainability as well as the future of smart grid Technologies.

Partners will display their products/services in the exhibition hall during the entire day of the conference. Dedicated time slots in the conference schedule will be assigned for conference attendees to visit the exhibition and exchange. In addition, coffee and lunch will be served in the exhibition hall which gives partners more opportunities to market their products/services and exchange ideas with leaders in the field.
