The IEEE Long Island Section is a technical co-sponsor of IESC 2013. Paper submissions must be formatted using the IEEE Manuscript Template. Please visit here for more information.

The IEEE Copyright and Consent form must be signed and submitted for papers to be considered for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.

Abstract Submission Procedure

Preliminary acceptance to the conference program will be based on an abstract of up to 300 words. Please submit your abstract electronically below. All submissions must include the authors' full names, affiliations, phone numbers, and email addresses.

The authors will be notified of the review results by email. Abstract submissions will be reviewed by experts selected by the Conference Program Committee for their demonstrated knowledge of particular topics.

In summary, authors must submit the following (see important dates below):

  • Abstract (300 words)
  • Biography of Presenting Author (100 words)

Final Paper Review Process

Abstracts are subject to the committee's peer review and may require revision prior to final acceptance. If our submission inspectors encounter errors with your submitted file, they will contact you, via email, to resolve the issue.

Papers must be submitted by the deadline date.
