ClearVision Optical is almost all set with our PAID Summer Intern Program.

We are delighted to offer positions for active Undergraduate & Graduate students who meet our 3.3 GPA criteria. KEMP Technologies, Inc. (Customer Support Intern), NY, NY
Overview:
In a collaborative environment, the Customer Support Intern provides technical assistance for KEMP's Application Delivery Networking (Server Load Balancing) products for customers and partners. Interns are expected to learn how to provide accurate support for a wide range of topics including configuration, troubleshooting, network traffic analysis, and application integration.

Responsibilities:
Internship goals
· Responding to and resolving complex customer problems via phone, email and remote access for the company's products
· Analyzing customer network traces, debug logs and identify issues.
· Appropriately, effectively and proactively communicate case statuses, plans of action and technical information to internal departments and external customers.
· Recreate reported issues in lab with customer's configuration.
· Provide professional written and verbal communication to customers within expected service level response times.

Qualifications:
· Strong Networking knowledge. (Routing, switching, TCP)
· Excellent troubleshooting, analysis and creative problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
· Ability to relay technical information to customers with varying skill levels.
· Proficiency with Windows Server and Linux Operating Systems.
· Technical Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSE or VCP5 are advantageous but not required.

The internship will consist of the following
1) Editing, updating and creating pages, videos, slideshows, etc. for our website and social media sites.

3) Linking/networking of computers used in our space is another possible area for the internship.

We are a small local self storage company looking for likes, backlinks, three way links and reviews. Acceptance in our internship is based on the type of experience, skills and schedule you provide. (It is important for your reply to include your academic schedule as well as any other outside work as well as if you have a vehicle to visit our office for work and meetings)

The position requires ability to design or redesign webpages, css, php, java, upload procedures etc. It is a very diverse position, not strictly web design.
