The technology helpdesk is here to help all campus users with computer related
problems. Users should attempt the following before contacting the helpdesk.
Step 1 - Restart your computer. Many problems are resolved by restart the PC
Step 2 - If restarting doesn't help, please provide us with the following...
- Which program(s) you are having difficulty with
- The specific problem
- If others in your area are also experiencing the same problem
- Which operating system you are using (XP, Vista, Mac OS)
- If you have installed any new programs or updates recently
